The Hickory Log
In 2021, Clayton purchased a historic treasure in Wyandotte County - The Hickory Log restaurant. The Hickory Log was established in the mid-1960s and has been considered a hidden gem, even through new ownership. Clayton is bringing traditional Hickory Log favorites and The Kansas City BBQ Bistro flair together with his fire-kissed and smoke-infused flavor.
